When you donate your olive tree with Human Appeal, we don’t simply provide seeds to farmers, we deliver healthy trees – around 1.6 to 2 metres in height and at least 3 years old, that are already producing fruit. We help the farmers to plant their trees and are there to support them along the way.
Each farming family that we help will receive 30-40 trees, supporting their livelihood of growing and selling olives for profit. An average mature olive tree produces 15 to 20 kilograms of olives per year.
Your tree will be given to the farming family most in need in Gaza, Jerusalem, or the West Bank.
