Our History
From small beginnings...
Human Appeal International was set up in 1991 in a one bedroom flat in Manchester.
It slowly grew into an emergency relief and sustainable development international organisation working across the globe. The agency had a major role in the Balkans through direct involvement in relief work in Bosnia, Albania and Kosovo during the Balkan conflict during the 1990s.
Since its establishment in 2011, Human Appeal Ireland, has been involved in emergency relief work and sustainable development projects in the African continent, Middle East and Asia.
