Emergency Appeal Nepal Earthquake
Human Appeal has sent a disaster response team from our offices in neighbouring Pakistan to the area to deliver emergency aid.
Our strategic partner in Nepal has already deployed a team of twenty emergency response workers who are carrying out the initial assessments required to organise our aid efforts. As in every emergency situation, Human Appeal will co-ordinate its work with other NGO’s as well as the main UN Agencies.
It is crucial that the international community mobilises quickly to help the people of Nepal during this devastating period. As the scale of the humanitarian disaster unfolds, we know that getting supplies of medical equipment, food and clean water to the areas affected will be critical. Human Appeal’s teams will deliver this essential aid and assess the emergency situation as it develops in Nepal
