East Africa Emergency
As many as 16 million people in Eastern Africa are in the gravest danger of starvation.
In Somalia, Sudan, Kenya and Ethiopia a humanitarian disaster is rapidly unfolding. The United Nations are declaring this an unprecedented catastrophe.
Violent conflicts have disrupted these countries' ability to deal with years of drought that have led to chronic food shortages and widespread extreme poverty.
An estimated sixteen million people are suffering from life-threatening levels of malnutrition in the region - a total of twenty three million are in need of food and medical supports as well as access to clean water.
Climate change and infrastructural problems are contributing to this and we are working towards long term solutions, but right now millions are in immediate danger and need YOUR help today.
